Berberè among the winners of the Women Inclusion Award!

Berberè was selected among the winners of the Women Inclusion Award
established as part of the R.I.T.A. project by the Adecco Foundation for Equal Opportunities.
 
The initiative was created to support the large number of women left out of work due to the pandemic.

The goal was to promote their social and work inclusion through personalised training, career guidance and active search for employment opportunities.
 
We could not be more satisfied with the results: the project helped 220 women, 103 participants found employment and 94 people had the opportunity to access specialised training.
 
On November 10 we took part in the R.I.T.A. round table held in the Alessi Room at Palazzo Marino in Milan.
We listened to project participants’ stories and were proud to receive our award.
 
There is still much to be done to make the job market increasingly inclusive according to the principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination.
 
It’s a mission that’s very close to our hearts and one we always put a lot of energy and effort into.
We are glad for this opportunity and can’t wait to get back to work!
